Kneipp® Sleep well Valerian forte is a herbal medicine that is used to calm mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.Sleep problems can arise from various everyday stresses such as stress, lack of time, noise or conflicts.The active ingredients in valerian help to protect the nerves from external stimuli and have a calming effect.

This product helps you fall asleep and promotes restful sleep without causing habituation or dependency.It contains the essential components of the European valerian root in concentrated form.One tablet contains 450 mg of dry extract of valerian root, which corresponds to 1,350 mg to 2,700 mg of valerian root.

Excipients: Arabic gum, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, cellulose powder, croscarmellose sodium salt, glucose syrup dry matter, sucrose, shellac, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide, tragacanth, bleached wax, 0.031 BE total carbohydrates.

Application

No prescription is required for this product.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, adults and adolescents aged 12 and over can take a dragee once a day for mild nervous tension, or up to three times a day if necessary.To treat sleep disorders, a tablet should be taken half an hour to an hour before going to bed.If necessary, an additional dragee can be taken earlier in the evening.

The highest daily dosage is four tablets.
