The Protefix® adhesive cream PREMIUM is a special cream that is applied to dentures.It ensures quick and long-lasting adhesion, which enables a natural and secure wearing experience, even with difficult adhesion problems.No prescription is required for this product.

Properties

This adhesive cream is characterized by its wet adhesive power, which means that it can be applied directly to the wet denture.It offers extra-strong adhesion with a long-term effect.Vitamin E in the cream protects the cells and contributes to their care.The crumb protection ensures an efficient edge seal that prevents food particles from penetrating under the denture.The elastic padding between the gums and the prosthesis increases wearing comfort.The cream contains a myrrh/sage/chamomile formula and has a pleasantly mild, fresh mint flavor.

Application

The recommended daily dose is up to 0.8 grams of adhesive cream.Before application, the denture and the oral mucosa should be cleaned of residues.The Protefix® adhesive cream PREMIUM is then applied thinly at intervals to the wet denture, especially in the recess of the upper or lower jaw denture, which will later rest on the jaw.If necessary, a strip of the cream can also be applied to the rear part of the palate plate on the upper jaw prosthesis.The denture is then inserted and pressed firmly against the jaw for a few seconds.It is recommended to wait about 5 minutes before eating food.The cream should be dosed sparingly, as overdosing can affect the adhesion of the prosthesis.
