The only lozenges that really help me; a bit strong, almost peppery, but they really do relieve sore throat and swallowing pains! As a diabetic, I'm glad it's sugar-free!

Dobedan Direkt have always helped me very well. As soon as I feel a scratchy throat, the lozenges prevent anything worse. They also taste good and leave a pleasant feeling in the throat
