LOYON is a solution for gently dissolving dandruff in scaly skin conditions such as psoriasis, seborrhoeic eczema, cradle cap and scalp gneiss. It has a purely physical effect and is also suitable for sensitive skin. The solution contains dicaprylyl carbonate and dimeticone, which have a low surface tension and therefore spread well and evenly on the skin. LOYON penetrates between the scales and softens them, making them easily detachable from the skin. It is applied with a pipette for targeted applications and a spray head for large areas of skin. LOYON is applied to dry, dandruff-covered skin, left on for at least three hours or overnight, then washed off with mild body wash or shampoo. Application can be repeated as needed, but usually once daily for 3 to 7 days is sufficient. LOYON is free of preservatives, dyes and fragrances and can also be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding and on babies. It should be stored at room temperature and not used after the expiry date. LOYON is also suitable for children.
