Directions for use of the article Doppelherz aktiv Magnesium 400 for the night: - Food supplement in tablet form with minerals, vitamins, melissa extract and lavender oil. - Directions: Take 1 tablet a day, unchewed, in the evening with some liquid. - Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. - Storage: Keep out of reach of small children, store in a dry place and not above 25°C. - Main ingredients per daily portion (= 1 tablet): Magnesium (400 mg), calcium (120 mg), vitamin D (5.0 µg), vitamin B1 (1.1 mg), vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), niacin (16 mg), lemon balm leaf extract (100 mg), lavender oil (5.0 mg). - Notes: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
