The Doppelherz Aktiv Magnesium 400 for the night tablets are used to support the normal function of the muscles and nerves at night.This promotes restful sleep.The plant substances lemon balm and lavender it contains also have a calming effect on the nerves.One tablet in the evening is sufficient as it releases the active ingredients continuously throughout the night.

The tablets contain the following ingredients: magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, lemon balm leaf extract, filler cellulose, anti-caking agent mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, palm fat (fully hydrogenated), dye titanium dioxide, nicotinamide, filler gum arabic, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent talc, lavender oil, coating agentPolyethylene glycol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride and cholecalciferol.

The composition per daily serving (1 tablet) includes: 400 mg magnesium (107% NRV), 120 mg calcium (15% NRV), 5.0 µg vitamin D (100% NRV), 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (100% NRV), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV), 16 mg niacin (100% NRV), 100 mgMelissa leaf extract and 5.0 mg lavender oil.There are no nutrient reference values for lemon balm leaf extract and lavender oil.

Dosage

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a little liquid without chewing in the evening.The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
