To find the right size for TENA® Pants, please do not rely on the size of your underwear; the hip circumference is crucial. TENA® Pants Plus for men and women are available in five sizes: XS for a hip circumference of 50 to 70 cm, S is suitable for a hip circumference of 65 to 85 cm, M is suitable for a hip circumference of 80 to 110 cm, L for a hip circumference of 100 to 135 cm and XL is suitable for a hip circumference of 120 to 160 cm.
