Directions for use of the article Cefasel 50 Nutri Selenium Tabs: - The food supplement Cefasel 50 Nutri Selenium Tabs contains 50 μg selenium and supports the normal function of the immune system, the thyroid gland and the protection of cells against oxidative damage. - The recommended intake is 1 tablet daily, taken unchewed with some liquid. - The simultaneous intake of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided as this may impair the availability of sodium selenite. - Ingredients include sugar, mannitol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids and sodium selenite. - The product is vegan and contains no lactose, gelatine, colourings, allergens, flavourings or yeast. - Food supplements cannot replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. - The recommended intake should not be exceeded and excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. - The product should be kept out of the reach of children. - The tablets are manufactured in Germany.
