Directions for use of the article Fortimel Compact 2.4 Chocolate Flavour: - Fortimel Compact 2.4 is a high-calorie, high-protein drinkable food without fibre. It is a fully balanced drinkable food used for the dietary management of patients with disease-related malnutrition. - The drinkable food can be taken either as supplementary nutrition (1-3 bottles per day) or as exclusive nutrition (5-7 bottles per day), depending on the doctor's recommendation. - Important notes: The product is suitable for enteral feeding only and should only be used under medical supervision. It is not suitable for children under 3 years of age and should be used with special caution in children 3-6 years of age. Adequate fluid intake should be monitored to ensure adequate water balance. - The bottle should be shaken well before use. - The sip feed should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours. The product is packed under a protective atmosphere and UHT sterilised. - The nutritional declaration per 100 g contains 1005 kJ/240 kcal calorific value, 9.3 g fat (of which 0.9 g saturated fatty acids), 29.7 g carbohydrates (of which 15 g sugar), 9.4 g protein and 0.24 g salt. The nutritional values per 100 ml are similar. - The UHT product contains water, glucose syrup, protein (from cow's milk), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), acidity regulator (potassium citrate), emulsifier (soya lecithin), cocoa, dimagnesium phosphate, sodium citrate, choline chloride, potassium chloride, colour (ammonium sulphite sugar caramel), flavour (chocolate) and other vitamins, minerals and trace elements. - Allergens: The product contains milk and soya. - The net quantity is 500 ml. - The product comes from the Netherlands and is distributed by MCM KLOSTERFRAU Vertriebsgesellschaft GmbH in Cologne.
