GEBRAUCHSINFORMATION Galacordin Complex tablets are a food supplement containing thiamine, niacin, folic acid, vitamin B12, potassium, magnesium and coenzyme Q10. Thiamine supports healthy heart function, potassium plays a role in muscle function and maintaining normal blood pressure, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. Vitamin B12 and folic acid are important for homocysteine metabolism and niacin for energy metabolism. The recommended intake is 2 tablets twice daily with water, for a total of 4 tablets per day. Storage is best at room temperature below 25°C. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
