Directions for use of Biomo Aktiv Probiot capsules: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Product properties: - Food supplement - Contains lactic acid producing bacteria (Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum) Use/Recommendation for use: - Swallow 1-2 capsules daily on an empty stomach without chewing. - Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
