Amflee 2.5 mg/ml Spray is a veterinary medicine for the treatment of flea and tick infestations in cats and dogs. It contains the active ingredient fipronil and can also be used for hairfly infestations. The spray is applied to the skin of the animal and has a long-lasting effect. It can be part of a treatment plan to control flea allergy dermatitis and provides up to 2 months protection against flea infestation in cats and up to 3 months in dogs. Against ticks it has an effect of up to 4 weeks, depending on the environment. Important information and dosage instructions can be found in the package insert. There is also a spot-on version of the medication that is easy to apply. Amflee is safe and well tolerated, works purely by contact and contains no sharp edges that could injure the pet's skin.
