Information for use with the article Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot system Tablets: - Food supplement - Use/Recommended use: Take ½ - 1 tablet daily with a meal, unchewed and with sufficient liquid. In case of increased magnesium requirements, e.g. due to heavy physical strain in combination with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If there is only an unbalanced diet, take ½ tablet. - Storage conditions: Keep out of reach of small children.
