Vitamin D3 Hevert 4000 IE is a food supplement containing valuable vitamin D in a high dosage. It contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and a normal immune system. The product consists of various ingredients such as microcrystalline cellulose, gelatine, silicon dioxide, soya oil and cholecalciferol. It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily for adolescents and adults aged 11 to 60 years, while children aged 4 to 10 years and adults over 60 years should take half a tablet daily. Care should be taken not to exceed the recommended intake. Please note that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
