The spray provides rapid relief from severe pain. I had it to accompany my tonsillitis and it was much milder and over more quickly.

I often have blisters or inflamed areas in my mouth and then I always use Tantum Verde... It doesn't burn and seems to help.

Tantum Verde is my companion when I feel a sore throat coming on. The sore throat usually goes away quite quickly with it.
