Cynobal capsules contain the following ingredients: dried nasturtium herb, vitamin C, a vegetable capsule shell made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc bis-glycinate and magnesium salts of fatty acids as a separating agent.

The daily dose of 6 capsules contains 1.8 g of nasturtium herb, 900 mg of vitamin C (1125% of the recommended daily requirement) and 12 mg of zinc (120% of the recommended daily requirement).There is still no EU-recommendation for the daily requirement for nasturtium herb.

Contraindications

People with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should not use this product.

Dosage

The recommended consumption for Cynobal capsules is 2 capsules morning, lunch and evening.The capsules should be taken whole with sufficient liquid with meals.If you have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsules can also be taken with other foods such as yogurt or muesli.
