Active ingredients and ingredients

Cynobal capsules contain the following ingredients: dried nasturtium herb, vitamin C, a vegetable capsule shell made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, zinc bis-glycinate and the anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.

The daily dose of 6 capsules contains 1.8 grams of nasturtium herb, 900 milligrams of vitamin C, which corresponds to 1125 percent of the recommended daily requirement, and 12 milligrams of zinc, which corresponds to 120 percent of the recommended daily requirement.There is still no recommendation from EU regarding the daily requirement for nasturtium herb.

Dosage

The recommended consumption for Cynobal capsules is 2 capsules each morning, lunch and evening.These should be taken whole with sufficient liquid with meals.If you have difficulty swallowing, for example in seniors or children, the contents of the capsules can also be taken with other foods, such as yoghurt or muesli.
