Ingredients and composition

The SlimFast ready-made drink in vanilla consists mainly of skimmed milk, which makes up 78% of the product.Other ingredients include water, milk protein, corn oil and sugar.Gum arabic and various cellulose compounds are used as thickeners.Stabilizers such as dipotassium phosphate and carrageenan ensure the desired consistency.Emulsifiers made from mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids as well as flavors that contain lactose round off the taste profile.The drink is enriched with vitamins and minerals that cover part of the recommended daily dose.Antioxidants such as sodium ascorbate and alpha-tocopherol as well as the sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame-K are also included.

Area of application

The SlimFast milkshakes are designed as part of the SlimFast plan and provide the body with a third of the recommended daily dose of important vitamins and minerals.No prescription is required for this product.

Contraindications

People with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should not use SlimFast ready-made drink.

Dosage and application

The SlimFast plan is structured simply: Choose three snacks each day that consist of fruits or vegetables, enjoy two SlimFast shakes, and eat a meal of up to 600 calories (800 calories for men).In addition, you should drink at least two liters of water per day and be physically active for around 30 minutes every day.As your fitness level increases, the activity duration can be increased to 60 minutes.
