Summary: Progent Intensive Cleaner is a protein remover and disinfectant solution for rigid oxygen permeable contact lenses. It is applied by adding solution A and B to the Progent container, in which the contact lenses are immersed for 30 minutes. The lenses are then cleaned with a rinse solution and can be used. The Progent container and lid should also be cleaned and dried. This solution is not suitable for soft contact lenses and cannot be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Side effects may occur and should be discussed with an ophthalmologist or optician. Progent has a disinfecting effect on microorganisms and is available in different sizes.
