Information for use with the article Ginkgovital Heumann 240 mg Film-Coated Tablets: Ginkgovital Heumann contains a dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves and is used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. The recommended dose for adults and elderly patients is 1/2 tablet twice daily, in the morning and evening. The duration of treatment should be at least 8 weeks. The medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to ginkgo biloba extract or any of the other ingredients of the medicine, or if you are pregnant. In the case of certain diseases and simultaneous use of other medicines, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before taking the medicine.
