Only take Ginkgovital Heumann 240 mg Film-Coated Tablets as directed by a doctor. It contains Ginkgo biloba leaves dry extract and is used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. It must not be taken if you are allergic to ginkgo biloba extract or other ingredients, or if you are pregnant. Discuss any pre-existing conditions or medications with your doctor or pharmacist before taking. The recommended dose for adults is half a tablet twice a day. It should be taken for at least 8 weeks. Side effects may include headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, bleeding and allergic reactions. Keep the medicine at room temperature and keep it away from children.
