Directions for use of the product Doppelherz aktiv Abwehr aktiv DIRECT Sticks: - The product is a food supplement in the form of sticks. - It contains zinc, selenium, vitamin C and L-histidine. - The daily dose is the content of one stick. - The sticks are placed directly on the tongue, allowed to dissolve slowly and swallowed. - The product should be stored in a dry place and below 25°C. - It is not suitable for children and adolescents. - Contains no allergens. - The nutritional composition per daily portion is: 10 mg zinc, 50 µg selenium, 100 mg vitamin C and 50 mg L-histidine. - The product comes from Germany. - Manufacturer: Queisser Pharma GmbH & Co. When I had a constant cold a few years ago, a pharmacist recommended this product to me. What can I say - knock on wood - since I have been taking this product, I have had to deal with colds much less often.
