Summary: The food supplement Doppelherz aktiv B12+C+D3 Depot-Tablets contains vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D. It supports a good vitamin supply in case of increased need, an unbalanced diet or decreasing vitamin B12 utilisation in old age. Vitamin B12 contributes to a normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the nervous system and to the formation of red blood cells. The depot function of the tablets allows for a gradual release of nutrients over several hours. The recommended daily dose is one tablet, to be taken unchewed and with sufficient liquid with a meal. Other vitamin D-containing preparations should not be taken without medical consultation. The product contains no allergens and is lactose-free, gluten-free and gelatine-free. It is recommended to keep the food supplement dry and not above 25°C and it is unsuitable for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
