Basica Direkt is a food supplement with alkaline minerals and trace elements. It contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, molybdenum, chromium and selenium. The microbeads are taken in the morning and evening, without water, by dissolving the contents of a stick in the mouth. Basica Direkt is lactose-free, gluten-free and sugar-free. I always take this product when I do a lot of sport because I find that it helps to balance the alkaline balance and also prevents cramps.

I am a mum of two small children and I could really do with more energy. I had tried the Basica tablets - and forgot to take them after a while. Recommendations such as taking them with water after the second meal are valuable but not always possible in everyday life. NOW I have been able to try the Basica Direkt microbeads and I am delighted. Really recommendable. Why? The first week after taking them I didn't feel good at all - even more tired and totally exhausted, but after a few weeks things started to improve. I got up early in the morning before the alarm clock - was in a good mood - had an inner peace and saw everything more calmly - even if the drinking cup fell over on day 8 and I had to mop the floor again. I am glad to have tried basica Direkt and will buy it again. And I can only recommend it to others.

- very practical because the sticks maintain the correct dosage and you can easily use it on the go. - it takes some getting used to at first because of the microbeads, but with time this is no problem - tastes pleasantly of citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit)
