Area of application

Kijimea® K53 is a dietary food for special medical purposes used in allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, also known as hay fever.Typical symptoms of this allergy include a runny, itchy or stuffy nose, sneezing and itchy and watery eyes.The product supports the balance of the gastrointestinal microbiome, which can result in significant symptom relief.

Kijimea® K53 contains a special blend of 53 selected bacterial strains, vitamin B12 and biotin.The exact composition includes various strains of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and other probiotic bacteria.The product also contains corn starch as a filler, hypromellose for the capsule shell, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide as a release agent.

Contraindications

Kijimea® K53 should not be taken if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.There are no known side effects.The product is vegetarian, gluten and lactose free and contains no additives, preservatives, flavorings or sweeteners.

Dosage

Adults should take 3 capsules of Kijimea® K53 unchewed daily with sufficient liquid with a meal for a period of 3 days.This 3-day treatment should be repeated every 2 weeks for at least 6, preferably 12 weeks.For children aged 1 year and over it is recommended to consume 1 capsule per day, 2 capsules for children aged 10 and over and 3 capsules for children aged 15 and over.For smaller children, the capsule should be opened and the contents consumed with a little liquid to avoid the risk of suffocation.
