Probiotics Capsules Complex with Inulin by Casida contains 16 selected strains of bacteria that contribute to intestinal cleansing and rehabilitation. The capsules contain 10 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per daily dose and promote the build-up of health-promoting intestinal bacteria. The contained bio-inulin serves as a nutrient for the bacteria and supports their settlement in the intestine. A balanced intestinal flora is crucial for general well-being and health. Taking probiotics can promote the harmonious interaction of the intestinal bacteria. The capsules are vegan, free from unwanted additives and enteric-coated. The recommended intake is: take 1 capsule 2 times a day before or after a meal with sufficient liquid. The ingredients include a mixture of bacterial strains and bio-inulin. The product is free from known allergens. It contains no preservatives, flavourings, colourings, gelatine, lactose, gluten or magnesium stearate.

I bought this product about a week ago and took it together with my boyfriend, initially taking 1 tablet a day as a cure. We suffer from irritable stomach and high blood pressure or irritable bowel syndrome and stress hypertension. Hypertensive patients lack bifidobacteria, lactic acid bacteria slow down high blood pressure. Blood pressure reductions of up to 17.0 mmHg systolic and 6.0 mmHg diastolic can be achieved after several weeks of treatment. We confirm that blood pressure normalises after just a few of these probiotic capsules. Probiotics also help with acne, depression and liver protection. Research is still in its infancy.

After almost 20 years of moderate to severe bowel problems, there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. I have been taking this medication twice a day for just under a week and I feel much better. Barely controllable diarrhoea and nasty flatulence have disappeared despite my lactose and fructose intolerance (sugar, which I still avoid).
