Clavella premium is a food supplement tailored to the nutritional needs of women of childbearing potential, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. It contains a combination of myo-inositol, folic acid and alpha-lactalbumin. Myo-inositol is a natural substance that plays an important role in signal transmission in body cells. It regulates sugar metabolism and follicle growth. Folic acid supports cell division and tissue development in the uterus during pregnancy. Alpha-lactalbumin improves the absorption of myo-inositol. Clavella premium contains 2 g myo-inositol, 200 µg folic acid and 50 mg alpha-lactalbumin per sachet. It is recommended to dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water and take it twice a day. The food supplement should be stored dry and protected from light at a temperature below 25°C. It is free from lactose, gluten, gelatine and artificial flavourings. Clavella premium is available without prescription in pharmacies and may improve fertility, especially in women with PCO-syndrome. It is also suitable for vegetarians.
