Doppelherz system Magnesium 400 Citrate is a food supplement containing magnesium in organic citrate form. It provides 400 mg magnesium per sachet as well as 5 mg vitamin B6 and 27 mg vitamin C. The granules have an orange-pomegranate flavour and can be dissolved in water. Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium and supports normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in nervous system function. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress.
