Vitamin D-Loges 5,600 I.U. chewable tablets are a food supplement containing vitamin D3. It is recommended to chew or suck 1 gel tab per week, preferably together with a main meal. This consumption amount must not be exceeded. The gel tabs contain 140 µg of vitamin D3, which corresponds to a daily intake of 20 µg (800 I.U.).
