The GlucoCheck Gold blood sugar test strips are specially designed for the GlucoCheck Gold measuring system and are suitable for self-tests to determine glucose in capillary blood.Specialists can also determine the glucose value from arterial, capillary and venous blood.These test strips combine a high quality standard with the latest technology.Thanks to the innovative 2+2 technology, they are characterized by high measurement accuracy and comply with the current standard DIN EN ISO 15197: 2015.

A blood volume of 0.5 µl is required for the measurement and the result is available after just 5 seconds.Coding is not required.No prescription is required for this product.

Technical data

The amount of blood for the measurement is 0.5 µl and the measurement time is 5 seconds.The measuring unit can be set in either mg/dl or mmol/l.The measurement setting is plasma calibrated and the measurement range is from 10 to 800 mg/dl (0.6 to 44.4 mmol/l).The test strips should be stored at temperatures between 2 and 30°C (35.6 to 86°F).The hematocrit range is between 0 and 70%.

The measuring system is available in two versions: as a blood glucose measuring system mg/dl and as a blood glucose measuring system mmol/l.The test strips are available in two pack sizes: one with 25 pieces and two with 25 pieces.
