AdaptoLoges capsules are a dietary supplement specially developed for athletes to support them during athletic stress and regeneration. The capsules contain a combination of the herbal adaptogens Rhodiola, Eleutherococcus and Schisandra, which are supplemented with selected micronutrients for athletes. The special morning and evening concept is designed to promote physical and mental resilience, performance and regeneration. The capsules also contain pantothenic acid, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function and protects cells from oxidative stress. The recommended dosage is 2 orange capsules twice daily at breakfast and 2 green capsules at dinner. The capsules should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle and should be kept out of the reach of children. I've been using the capsules for several months now and they already seem to be having an effect - better regeneration. Of course, you can't expect to suddenly stop suffering from sore muscles etc., but with the capsules, regeneration feels better and faster.

I also had anabol loges before and find that the new adaptol loges has significantly reduced my tendency to muscle cramps.

The good thing about the product is that there are now different capsules with different effects for morning and evening, so regeneration can be more effective. I have already had very good experience with Anatol Loges. I have tested Adapto Loges and am very satisfied with it. Can recommend Adapto Loges to others .
