I think the insoles are great. Especially if you have a weak bladder, you need insoles that can absorb enough moisture.

I think the protection against odour formation is the best thing about the pants, as this can quickly become unpleasant if you have bladder weakness.

Unfortunately, I don't have such a strong bladder and therefore have to use pads every day. I find the Tena ones the best as I don't have to change them all the time because there are no unpleasant odours.

if you have bladder weakness, you can do without the panties at home and wear these pads more relaxed, I think that's great.
