The Aponorm Professionell Touch upper arm blood pressure monitor makes it possible to check for atrial fibrillation during normal, daily blood pressure measurement at home. Atrial fibrillation is a dangerous form of heart rhythm disorder and a common cause of strokes. The blood pressure monitor has Afib technology that detects atrial fibrillation and indicates an increased risk of stroke. It automatically takes three consecutive readings to provide more accurate averages and has a backlit touch display for easy operation and reading.
