Instructions for use of the article Alvita Blood Pressure Monitor Upper Arm: The Alvita Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor allows patients to measure their blood pressure accurately at home. The device meets the standards of the British Hypertension Society and the European Society of Hypertension and provides accurate results. It has convenient inflation technology, a motion sensor to warn of measurement errors and an arrhythmia detector. The large memory allows for long-term monitoring. Putting on the cuff: - Open the cuff and place it correctly. - Put the arm through the cuff and tighten it. - Insert the cuff tubing into the device. - Place the arm on the table so that the cuff is level with the heart. Measurement: - Press the on/off/start button to start the measurement. - Sit still and do not move during the measurement. - When the measurement is complete, the systolic and diastolic pressure and the pulse are displayed and saved in the memory. - Switch off the device if no further measurement is required.
