Dosage

To use the OMRON M300 blood pressure monitor, connect the cuff to the monitor by firmly inserting the air hose connector into the air hose socket.Slide your hand through the cuff and pull it up to your left upper arm.Make sure the air hose is positioned on the inside of the arm and fasten the cuff securely so that it does not slip.To take the measurement, you should sit relaxed and comfortably at a pleasant room temperature.Rest your arm on the table and sit in a comfortable armchair or chair that supports your back and arms.Place your feet flat on the floor and do not cross your legs.The cuff should be placed on the arm at heart level with the arm resting comfortably on a table.
