Application instructions

To ensure accurate readings, you should avoid bathing, drinking alcohol and caffeine, smoking, exercising and eating 30 minutes before the measurement.Rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring and avoid taking measurements at stressful times.Take the measurements in a quiet place and free your arm. Document your blood pressure and pulse readings for your doctor and measure your blood pressure at the same time daily for consistent results.
