Vitamin B Complete Hevert capsules are a food supplement that supplies the body with all the vitamins of the B complex. It also contains choline, inositol and PABA. The vitamins biotin, niacin, vitamin B1, B2, B6 and B12 contained contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B1, B2 and B12 contribute to a normal energy metabolism. The capsules contain choline hydrogen tartrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, thiamine mononitrate, nicotinamide, inositol, sodium riboflavin-5`-phosphate, para-aminobenzoic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, folic acid, D-biotin and methylcobalamin. They are vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. The recommended intake for adults and adolescents aged 15 and over is 1-2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. No more than the recommended daily dose should be taken. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the intake should be made in consultation with a doctor, as biotin can influence laboratory results.
