The ingredients of Vitamin B Complete Hevert capsules include choline hydrogen tartrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, thiamine mononitrate, nicotinamide, inositol, sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate, para-aminobenzoic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, magnesium salts of fatty acids as anti-caking agents, folic acid, D-biotin and methylcobalamin.

Nutritional declaration

Per 1 capsule, the product contains 20 mg thiamine (vitamin B1), which corresponds to 1818% of the reference amount, 10 mg riboflavin (vitamin B2) with 714.5%, 15 mg niacin as nicotinamide (vitamin B3) with 94%, 10 mg pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) with 166.5%, 7 mg pyridoxine (vitamin B6).500%, 200 µg biotin (vitamin B7) with 400%, 450 µg folic acid (vitamin B9) with 225%, 200 µg cobalamin as methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) with 8000%, 35 mg choline, 20 mg inositol and 15 mg para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA).

Application and dosage

Adults and teenagers aged 15 and over should take 1-2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.The product should not be used by children and adolescents under 15 years of age.

Storage
