Directions for use of the article HexoClean acidic ear cleaner for dogs and cats: - HexoClean is a well tolerated ear cleaner for dogs and cats. - It enables the gentle removal of earwax, dead cells, dirt and grease. - The slightly acidic pH value stabilises the natural bacterial flora of the skin. - The solution is poured into the ear canal and the base of the ear is massaged to loosen and flush out the earwax. - The exuded material should be carefully removed with cotton wool or gauze. - The outer areas of the ear canal and the pinna should be carefully dried. - Cleaning should be done 1-3 times a week or as directed by the veterinarian. - Contact with the eyes should be avoided and copious amounts of water used if contact is made. - The composition includes propylene glycol, salicylic acid, witch hazel water, ribwort extract, aloe vera, NaOH and chlorhexidine digluconate. - The ear cleaner can be purchased in mail-order pharmacies. - Manufacturer: alfavet Tierarzneimittel GmbH, Leinestraße 32.
