Directions for use of the article Canina coconut oil for dogs and cats: Canina® BIO-KOKOSÖL contains medium-chain fatty acids such as lauric acid, caprylic acid and capric acid, which are converted directly into energy. It has positive effects on the metabolism and is recommended to support worm prophylaxis and in case of worm infestation. Coconut oil can also be used externally to keep away unwelcome pests and to care for the coat. The feeding recommendation is 1 g per 5 kg body weight for dogs and 1 g for cats. The coconut oil can be added to the food in solid or liquid form. For external use, it is massaged into the skin and coat. The coconut oil consists of 100 % pure coconut oil from controlled organic cultivation. The ingredients contain no carbohydrates or protein, but 100 % fat.
