Directions for use of FlexiLoges Joint Nutrition Capsules: FlexiLoges Joint Nutrition Capsules are a food supplement for the maintenance of bones and cartilage as well as the development of collagen and connective tissue structures. With an optimised joint concept based on glucosamine and collagen, the capsules offer a unique nutrient supply for the joints. The capsules contain various ingredients such as N-acetyl-glucosamine (NAG), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), chondroitin sulphate, vitamin C, manganese and molybdenum. Different dosages and compositions in the morning and evening capsules ensure a needs-based supply throughout the day and night. The recommended dosage is 2 morning capsules for breakfast and 2 evening capsules before bedtime with sufficient liquid. An overdose should be avoided. FlexiLoges Joint Nutrition Capsules are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. They should be kept out of the reach of children. The product should not be used in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Unfortunately, after taking the third pack, I still can't say much about its effectiveness. It may simply take longer for a noticeable effect to appear. However, the green evening capsules break relatively often when they are removed from the blister pack, so that the powder they contain is lost. Strangely enough, this only ever happens with the green evening capsules (the yellow morning capsules are much more stable). Unfortunately, I have already had to throw away several green capsules because of this. This was the case with all three packs, so even with different batches it happened again and again. It's a pity, it shouldn't happen in this price segment! I'm now going to try again with another purchase, but if this defect shows up again, I probably won't buy the product again. It's too expensive for me to throw away and the hoped-for effect has yet to materialise, perhaps even because the evening capsules have often not been taken. But as I said, the product still has one last chance ;o)

I am convinced by the product. One of the few preparations in which the ingredients are supplied to the body in the morning and evening. Very well tolerated and the joints benefit.... You feel much better.
