The ingredients in FlexiLoges joint nutrition capsules include a variety of nutrients specifically selected for joint health.The morning capsules contain N-acetyl-glucosamine (from crustaceans), methylsulfonylmethane, chondroitin sulfate, gelatin (beef), bamboo shoot extract, vitamin C, cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, manganese bisglycinate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, citric acid and sodium molybdate dihydrate.The evening capsules also contain collagen type II, potassium chloride, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.

Per 2 morning capsules, the product contains 250 mg N-acetyl-glucosamine, 250 mg methylsulfonylmethane, 200 mg chondroitin sulfate, 50 mg bamboo extract (of which 17.5 mg silicon), 40 mg vitamin C, 1 mg manganese and 25 µg molybdenum.Per 2 evening capsules it contains 250 mg N-acetyl-glucosamine, 250 mg methylsulfonylmethane, 200 mg chondroitin sulfate, 40 mg collagen peptide (UC-II), 40 mg vitamin C, 1 mg manganese and 25 µg molybdenum.The daily dose includes 500 mg N-acetyl-glucosamine, 500 mg methylsulfonylmethane, 400 mg chondroitin sulfate, 40 mg collagen peptide (UC-II), 50 mg bamboo extract (of which 17.5 mg silicon), 80 mg vitamin C, 2 mg manganese and 50 µg molybdenum.

Dosage
