Using Advantix is simple: the solution is dripped onto the dog's skin as a spot-on and spreads evenly over the entire surface of the body thanks to the natural fatty film.The liquid is water-resistant, so the effect is not affected by bathing or rain.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Advantix contains two active ingredients: permethrin and imidacloprid.In combination, they work against ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, sand flies, hair lice and biting flies.Advantix Spot-On is particularly well tolerated and can be used on puppies from the 7th week of life or weighing 1.5 kg as well as on pregnant and lactating bitches.

Mode of action

Advantix Spot-On works by combining the active ingredients permethrin and imidacloprid.This combination usually kills ticks and mosquitoes before they bite, so they can no longer bite and suck blood.This reduces the risk of transmission of certain pathogens and parasites.

Contraindications

Advantix Spot-On should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients.It is not suitable for cats.

Dosage

Depending on your dog's weight, a pipette of Advantix Spot-On is taken from the pack.Remove the pipette cap and pierce the pipette with the upside down cap.Part your dog's fur at the top of the neck and drip the entire contents of the pipette onto the skin.Make sure that the solution does not run down the fur and can be licked off.For very large dogs, it is recommended to distribute the contents of a pipette onto three to four areas of skin along the back line.
