Darmflora Aktiv Plus contains the following ingredients: capsule shell made from hypromellose, various lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve and Streptococcus thermophilus.It also contains maltodextrin as a carrier, silicon dioxide, tricalcium phosphate and magnesium salts of fatty acids as anti-caking agents, as well as the vitamins nicotinamide, retinyl acetate, riboflavin 5'-phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid and D-biotin.

Each capsule contains: 25 billion KBE intestinal bacteria mixture, 3mg niacin (18.75% NRV), 100mcg vitamin A (12.5% NRV), 0.44mg vitamin B2 (31.42% NRV), 0.44mg vitamin B6 (31.42% NRV), 0.354mg vitamin B1(32.27% NRV), 50mcg folic acid (25% NRV) and 12.5mcg biotin (25% NRV). NRV stands for the nutrient reference value according to the EU-Food Information Regulation.The intestinal bacteria mixture consists of ten colony-forming bacterial strains with at least 100 billion germ-forming units per gram.

Dosage

The recommended dosage of Darmflora Aktiv Plus is two capsules twice a day, with meals with water.During antibiotic therapy, the capsules should be taken 2-3 hours apart from the antibiotic administration.It is recommended to continue taking it even after antibiotic therapy.For long-term use, the dosage is one capsule twice daily.
