The drops help very well. However, getting them into the eye is a big problem. I have osteoarthritis in my fingers. It's a feat of strength for me to get the drops out of the stiff bottle.

The dropper bottle should be softer so that you can use it yourself. With the high price, you can't afford to miss a drop. I know how to drip because I have had several operations on both eyes in the last few decades and I always dripped everything myself. But with these vials, there is no way to drip yourself. Why can't you change that?

The eye drops have worked quite well so far, but in over 10 years of using tear substitutes, this is the worst dropper bottle imaginable. Firstly, you can't feel the drops, secondly, it drips straight away without finger pressure and thirdly, aiming is almost impossible due to the strange start time of the drops.
