For me as an asthmatic, Gelomyrol forte is the first remedy for flu-like infections associated with colds, coughs and pressure headaches. However, I don't take it on an empty stomach but 30 minutes after eating and in the evening before I go to bed. You notice a clear improvement after a short time. You can also take GELOMYRTOL forte over a longer period of time. I always have it in my medicine cabinet.

Best product for infections. Noticeably better mucus solution with regular use. Tip: take half an hour before eating! If you take it too close to eating, you will smell strongly of the essential oils ;) I don't think it's bad, but my work colleagues notice it particularly quickly. It doesn't have to be that way.

Fast-acting but hard on the stomach in the long term.

I always pierce a capsule and put the oil in my inhalation when I have sinus problems, it loosens the mucus well.
