Gingium 120 mg film-coated tablets are a herbal medicinal product used for the symptomatic treatment of mental performance deficits associated with dementia, circulatory disorders and related complaints. The tablets contain an extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves that promotes blood circulation, strengthens nerve cells and improves concentration and memory. It is recommended to take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. The duration of treatment is usually 6-8 weeks, in the case of tinnitus up to 3-6 months. Side effects such as headache, dizziness and gastrointestinal complaints may occur. The medicine must not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients and is not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also not take the medicine. Interactions with other medicines may occur.
