Information for use of the article "Cellacast Xtra Bandage 7,5 cm x 3,6 m cream": Product features: - Cellacast Xtra bandage is a modern, synthetic support bandage. - The bandage consists of a rigid glass fibre carrier. - It is used for immobilisation after fractures, operations and orthopaedic corrections. - The bandage is also suitable for the treatment of joint and bone diseases and as reinforcement of circular bandages. - The dimensions of the dressing are 7.5 cm x 3.6 m. - It has a cream colour. Features: - The dressing is rigid and provides good layer bonding. - The glass-fibre carrier material provides a particularly high level of stability. - The dressing adapts to any body contour. - It is permeable to air and X-rays. Fields of application: - The bandage is used for immobilisation after fractures, operations and orthopaedic corrections. - It is also suitable for the treatment of joint and bone disorders. Indications: - The dressing can be cut when uncured. - It can be applied with standard examination gloves. - The setting time is 2.5 - 5 minutes after activation with water. - The dressing can be loaded after 30 minutes. - An immersion water temperature of 20 - 24°C is recommended.
