Instructions for use of the article Listerine Total Care Gum Protection Mouthwash Listerine Total Care Gum Protection Mouthwash is a clinically proven mouthwash that helps prevent and reduce plaque. Used twice daily, it improves oral hygiene and provides comprehensive protection for healthy gums. The mouthwash contains essential oils, fluoride and zinc formula and has a 6-in-1 action. It protects against gum problems, keeps gums healthy and effectively fights harmful bacteria, even in hard-to-reach places such as between the teeth, on the gums and on the tongue. In addition, it prevents and reduces plaque, strengthens teeth and thus helps prevent tooth decay. Breath is freshened for up to 24 hours. The mouthwash is recommended by dentists and is suitable for children aged 12 and over. To use, it is recommended to pour 20 ml (approx. 4 teaspoons) into a glass in the morning and evening after brushing the teeth, rinse for about 30 seconds and then spit out.
