Instructions for use for ENTEROSGEL, 10X15 g
Instructions for use of Enterosgel
Enterosgel is an oral intestinal adsorbent based on organic minerals. It binds toxic and harmful substances in the intestine, such as endotoxins and enterotoxins, to its surface, thereby reducing the frequency and duration of diarrhea. The adsorbed substances are excreted in the stool, which can be helpful in the treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea.
Product features
Enterosgel is suitable as a supplementary therapy for diarrheal diseases and can be used by adults, children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. The preparation does not contain any additives, preservatives, gluten, sweeteners, lactose, sugar, fats or colorings. It is alcohol-free, non-addictive, easy to use and is not metabolized or absorbed into the blood. In addition, it does not damage the mucous membrane, and side effects such as constipation or nausea occur extremely rarely.
Areas of application
Enterosgel is used for acute and chronic diarrhea as well as for diarrhea associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).It helps remove toxins and pollutants from the body.
Instructions for use
Enterosgel should be taken two hours before or after eating or taking other medications. It is used for 3-5 days for acute diarrhea and for up to 21 days for chronic diarrhea. Before taking, the dose should be diluted with room temperature water. The contents of a sachet should be used immediately after opening and diluted with water.
Intake and dosage
For children aged 1-3 years, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.Children between 1 and 6 years of age should take 5g (about 1 teaspoon or 1/3 of a sachet) diluted with 50-100ml of water three times daily.Children between 7 and 14 years of age should take 10g (about 2 teaspoons or 2/3 of a sachet) diluted with 50-100ml of water three times a day.Adolescents aged 15 and over and adults should take 15 to 22.5 g (about 1 tablespoon or 1-1.5 sachets) diluted with 200 ml of water three times a day.On the first day of treatment, the first dose can be doubled and then continued after each bowel movement, but not more than 8 doses on the first day.
If bowel movements do not occur for 1-2 days, treatment should be interrupted, water intake increased and continued after the next bowel movement. For chronic diarrhea, the dosage may be adjusted to suit the consistency and frequency of bowel movements. It may be taken up to a double dose three times daily if stools are loose, or reduced to a dose once daily if stools are normal. The maximum daily dose is 6 doses.
Storage
